I’m Sameera Rodrigo (Sam), originally from Sri Lanka and now based in Sweden. After completing my master’s studies at Mid Sweden University in Östersund, I chose to build my creative journey in Jämtland.
I founded Iora Digital to help businesses stand out through modern brand commercials. By combining Ai enhanced production with live action filming, I create cinematic content that increases visibility and strengthens brand presence.
I work closely with small businesses, startups, and growing brands, producing product commercials, on-site filming, and aerial visuals tailored to each business. My approach is simple understand the brand, create compelling visuals, and deliver content ready for real-world use.

🌱 My Story
Iora Digital was created with one big dream to help small businesses grow using creative advertising. In my market research, I discovered that many small brands have great ideas but still get left behind in today’s fast-paced digital world. So, I started Iora Digital to change that. With strong visuals, smart ideas, and a love for storytelling, I support the people who are building something special.
Before founding Iora Digital, I built a strong foundation through nine years of professional experience under different domains in luxury hotels and beach resorts. This extensive background in the tourism and hospitality sector gave me deep insights into service quality, guest expectations, and the operational challenges faced by small tourism businesses. Complementing this, I completed my Master’s studies in Tourism at Mid Sweden University, which strengthened my knowledge of tourism in Sweden as well as at an international level. During this time, I contributed to key tourism development initiatives such as the St. Olavsleden Pilgrim Trail development project and represented Swedish tourism interests at international platforms, including ITB Berlin 2024.
Alongside my tourism expertise, I also gained practical experience in the IT sector, working with software development teams to create digital solutions for tourism businesses. This experience especially in refining user requirements broadened my ability to support entrepreneurs through both technology and creative media.
